Lorraine Coyle - Realtor of the Year	Loraine Coyle has just been awarded REALTOR OF THE YEAR 2007. She is a real estate broker and an attorney. Lorraine just obtained the designation prestigious award of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) taking many courses over several months to enhance her ability to serve people; this in addition to Lorraine having received the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist which is designed to assist those over 50 - BUT Lorraine's skills work for all ages. Lorraine's commitment to all sellers is to maximize the exposure of their properties and to recommend a price where the property will sell -- to set the market price (not just to get a quick commission). Lorraine Coyle lives in Fieldston and works in Riverdale less than a mile from home. Lorraine is married to Oliver Koppell and lives with their two cats. Lorraine and Oliver have a daughter Jacqueline who is a recent graduate of Cornell Univeristy. Denise Meehan

Denise Meehan	Denise and her husband have lived in Riverdale for 20 years and have raised two daughters here. She believes Riverdale is a very special place. Her daughter Merry graduated from Riverdale Country School and is a sophomore at Oberlin. Judith's connection to Riverdale is deep. Her daughter Miriam had her Bat Mitzva at the Hebrew Institute of Riverdale and her grandmother spent her final years happily at the Hebrew Home for the Aged in Riverdale. Norma Gordon

Norma Gordon	Ebullient and knowledgeable is how we describe Norma Gordon. Before becoming a real estate agent, Norma worked for Coyle & Associates, llp as a legal assistant handling hundreds of closings. There is no problem that comes up that Norma hasn't seen before and solved. Norma not only works in Riverdale, she lives here too. In fact, both Norma and her husband and son (an alum of Kinneret Day School, JHS 141, Bronx Science and now a sophomore at SUNY BInghamton) are native Bronxites. Lois Naftulin, Esq., GRI	Lois is an attorney who has just received the prestigious GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation as a Realtor. Lois decided three years ago to expand her interest in real estate by becoming a broker and in addition to residential real estate deals a lot with commercial real estate. Riverdale and Lois go back 13 years to when her daughter began at Horace Mann. Both of her daughters went to summer camp in Riverdale and she lives in neighboring Washington Heights with her husband. Harriette Schmertz

Harriette Schmertz	Harriette has been active in the Riverdale community for more than 30 years serving on the Board of Riverdale Mental Health. There is not a street in Riverdale or Kingsbridge that Harriette doesn't know due in no small part to her being an interior designer. Harriette went to Hofstra University and then the Parsons School of Design. Harriette worked in design with Irma Fleck (one of the founders of the Riverdale Nature Preservancy) designing interiors for apartments and homes for 18 years. Harriette has been deeply involved with environmental considerations to protect and preserve our wonderful community through the Greenbelt and The Nature Conservancy as well as actively supporting as Board member and past president, both Riverdale Mental Health and The Bronx Opera. Harriette decided on real estate as a new direction, both for the fun of meeting and helping people find homes in Riverdale and establishing a new career. It is exciting.
